NEW BOOKS:
This is an exciting month for me personally, as I get to announce another family book release. My cousin Elizabeth Yarnell released the second edition of her Glorious One Pot Meals cookbook earlier this month. This book is remarkable for several reasons. The content, of course, is wonderful. Elizabeth patented a new way of cooking a whole meal in a single pot. This is not your mother’s crock pot, no, no. This is healthful and easy and not stew — well, the African Peanut Stew is one of my favorite recipes in here, but most of the recipes feature three or four separate foods, cooked all in one pot, prepared and cooked often in just over an hour.
Another reason this is such a remarkable book is because the first edition was self-published. Elizabeth is a real success story. She self-published several years ago and was a huge success in several local markets. Random House snatched her up and now she is distributed everywhere. She travels all over for cooking demonstrations and is often on TV. This is a book not to be missed. Click on the cover to get a deep discount from amazon.
More this month: I give you the fabulous Monica McCarty. After her wildly popular MacLoeds of Skye trilogy took her from debut to NYT Extended in a mere three months, Monica returns with the Clan Campbell. If you love Scottish historical settings this is your treat. And bonus, Highland Warrior will be followed by books two and three in rapid succession. Watch this space!
And may I introduce our newest addition to the Waxcreative roster: New York Times bestselling author Lori Foster. Lori’s new site is so recently launched we haven’t even added it to our portfolio yet (next week… promise), but there was no delay in the release of her newest novel My Man Michael. New for Lori, this one is a time travel. No, Lori is not changing genres, she just wanted to try something different, and this one entertains! Check out an excerpt…
Touch-and-Feel, anyone? Karma Wilson released Beautiful Babies, illustrated with her own photographs. Written in rhyme and embellished with realistic textures for baby to feel, this book helps little ones explore the animal world in a tactile way.
NEW ONLINE EXCERPTS! We have four for your reading pleasure:

Samantha James posted a new excerpt for Bride of a Wicked Scotsman due in stores late February.
Joy Nash posted a new excerpt for The Reckoning, due in stores in March.

Jenesi Ash posted a new excerpt for Naughty Bits: An Anthology of Short Erotic Fiction due in stores in March.
Finally, Lori Foster rereleases Scandalous in March. Check out a newly posted exceprt.
And of course, I’ll be back in a month with more. Plus, we will be announcing several new sites in a week or so, including Lori’s (but you heard it here first!)
