I was just in NYC for BEA, and it was amazing how many people were just looking down at their phones. And then I realized I was too! I even smile. I think that's something that has been engraved on my soul. I also tend to let people go in front of me in lines when they have less than I do, or let the cars waiting go ahead of me, so they don't have to wait forever to get out.
